Floor to ceiling windows run the length of the home on the ocean side, making for incredible views from nearly every spot in the house.

The home comprises of 2 bedrooms to include a lovely unique loft master bedroom which overlooks the living area and out to the ocean. The second bedroom can be located downstairs to the rear of the home.

In the heart of the home youll find the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with a separate dining area also. You will also find for convenience a full bathroom located on each level.

The living areas have high raked ceilings which add to the charm of the home.
In the surrounding outside enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. Its a perfect place for young and old to simply relax & enjoy some quality time away together.
Relax and enjoy endless hours sun baking on the beach, enjoy a family BBQ or a glass of wine out the front and watch the sun go down over the bay.

Top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer & t-towel
