Upon entry, downstairs is comprised of bedrooms 3 and 4, plus the main bathroom (featuring bath), laundry and double garage/kids retreat which is set up with a table tennis and foosball table, sofa & tv. Upstairs is the open plan living area which incorporates the lounge, dining and spacious kitchen, and from here you enjoy wonderful views across the commanding deck and out over the trees to the ocean. The master bedroom with ensuite and WIR is also located upstairs to enjoy the views, plus bedroom 2 and a smaller bathroom, featuring a shower.
This home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably (Max 6 adults & 6 children), so bringing along the whole crew isnt an issue. FACILITIES: A well-equipped holiday home with an open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, BBQ
FEATURES/ENTERTAINMENT: TVs, DVD Player, Table Tennis table, Foosball table & WIFI.
HEATING/COOLING: Reverse cycle air conditioning in upstairs living, ceiling fans in upstairs living area and all bedrooms.
PETS: No Pets
FENCED: Not fully fenced.
CLEANING: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, will be incorporated into the rental fee.
BEDDING: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
LINEN: Sheets & towels are NOT provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential).
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, face washer & t-towel.
