This large, spacious two storey holiday home has 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a 2nd living room located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find a spacious open plan living area, superbly appointed gallery kitchen with ample bench space, stainless steel appliances complete with a coffee machine. A 12 person dining table perfect for those family gatherings and a comfortably lounge close by.

There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover BBQ area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining.
The master bedroom is also located upstairs, featuring a large ensuite, walk in robe and direct access to the decked balcony.

Downstairs is a perfect spot for the children or teenagers to hang out in the large 2ndliving area complete with flat screen tv, dvd player & a small kitchenette. You will also find the main bathroom and three other bedrooms downstairs which are made up of 2 queen size beds, 1 set of double bunks & 1 set of single bunks.
This property also offers the convenience of having a bathroom located on both levels of the home & 3rd WC.
This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing break away and was designed with comfort in mind.

Bedroom 1 is located upstairs with 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 2 is located downstairs with 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs with 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs with 1 x double bunk bed (sleeps 4) & 1 x single bunk bed (sleeps 2).

FACILITIES:Modern appliances, DeLonghi Nepresso coffee machine (guests must supply their own pods), laundry with washing machine and dryer.
