The space

This properties location is fantastic being so close to the beach with great views of the area.
This property is new to the holiday rental market with the owners purchasing the property in late January 2018 and since that time have been progressively renovating the upstairs area of the property which includes new paint, new kitchen with European appliances, new light fittings and new interior design etc.
The large front deck has superb ocean and hills views and has a covered roof and 4 burner BBQ and a 8 seat outdoor table for easy alfresco entertaining, there is also a new large rear deck with table and chairs etc and for entertaining on those hot summer afternoons while watching the kids and your pets having fun in the enclosed year yard.
For winter there is a wood fire located upstairs, for summer there are fans located in all living areas and all bedrooms and a new split system air conditioner located in the upstairs living area and of course the beautiful sea breezes that flow through the house, so when all the windows are opened up you will rarely need to use the air conditioner.
Situated at the Gold Coast Drive end of Riverview Drive the property is so close to the beach and the rear yard is fully fenced at the rear with the fence height being approx 4 foot high and plenty of off street parking for cars and boats etc.

Upstairs Front deck has a maximum capacity of 8 persons.
Maximum amount of guests allowed at the property at any time must not exceed 8 and up to 2 dogs
Dogs must never be left inside the premises when leaving the property at any time.
Please clean up after your pets as additional fees are payable if you do not.
