Floor to near ceiling windows run the length of the home on the ocean side, making for beautiful rural views.
Featuring three generous sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, the beautiful master bedroom comes complete with a queen size bed, ceiling fan & direct access to the front balcony.
Bedrooms two & three are located to the rear of the property and comprise of a double & 2 single beds, both rooms offer a nice rural outlook.
In the heart of the home you’ll find the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with direct access to both the front and back outdoor entertaining areas with views to both the front and rear gardens, the living area has high raked ceilings which add to the charm and the natural light simply flows through house.
In the surrounding outside enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It’s a perfect place for young and old to simply relax & enjoy some quality time away together.
