The master bedroom opens out to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and comes with a queen size bed, large ensuite, built in robe & wall mounted tv. Bedroomtwo has a queen size bed, where bedroom three has a tri bunk bed, both also come with built in robes. The bathroom is all in one with wc, vanity & a large shower.
Upstairs is a large open plan living with western red cedar caf bi-fold doors opening out onto a huge deck made for entertaining which overlooks the lagoon.
Posing 12 foot ceilings, outstanding finishes including Caesar stone bench tops and stainless steel Smeg Appliances.
Single carport provided.
Outside youll be able to enjoy the communal swimming pools, childrens playground, bbq & picnic area and the gorgeous boardwalk.
Stroll down the boardwalk to the undiscovered sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of Normanville. The kids will love spending their summers building sand castles and riding the waves.
When you have had enough of the beach, you simply retire to your villa for a glass of vino and relax.
