Kitchen bar area to seat 4 along with the dining area to seat 6-8 people. Living area with comfy lounges, TV, DVD, wood fire for those chilly days and a large R/C air conditioner for those balmy summer nights. Great outdoor entertainment area with again stunning views for miles around, large table to seat 8-10 guests with BBQ facilities.
Safety Issue: Please note that there is a small unfenced dam located on the property. Water is present for much of the year, with the exception of some summer months when it may dry up. Any water can present the risk of drowning andchildren must be supervised at all times. Swimming is not permitted in the dam at any time.
