This family home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Upstairs is large open plan including the modern kitchen with a Nespesso coffee machine, dishwasher and also a spacious lounge with leather furniture, Foxtel IQ3 and a Curved TV Screen that all looks out to the courtyard and BBQ.
The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and its own bathroom with a HUGE bath and direct access onto the balcony.
There are 2 living areas and the 5th bedroom has 2 bunks and its own surround sound TV system!
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs and also in the 2nd living area near bedrooms. Outside you will find the lawn and garden out front as well as 2 areas of lawn out the back that are perfect for a round of cricket, ideal to keep the kids busy!
Walk your way along the crystal white sands of Carrickalinga beach all the way to the Normanville beach cafe for coffee and breakfast.
Our area has so many activities to offer! Golfing at the Links Lady Bay golf course, horse riding in Normanville, fishing off the beach or the beautiful Second Valley jetty, you could even make the drive to Mclaren Vale for some wine tasting.
