All appliances and furniture are tastefully included and create a fresh and modern twist to this appealing holiday home. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have queen beds, and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and single with trundle. R/C split system air conditioner in living area and ceiling fans in queen bedrooms. The bathroom includes a shower and bath with separate toilet and basin. The laundry has a front loader, with storage and sink.
The outdoor entertaining area has the benefits of large decking, all undercover to entertain outdoors no matter what the weather! There is a large grassed area out the back, great for the children and an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach.
