  Perfect spot for wonderful views & access to beach & wonderful to bring our small dogs. Kitchen was well equip however I did wipe down a couple of cupboard shelves. Kitchen and family room were comfortable and functionable. Front bed down stairs was uncomfortable however our children were happy with comfort of beds upstairs. The stair banister was broken and even though a sheet of paper stuck to the wall warned us of this it was automatic when climbing stairs to take hold of the banister, which promptly fell out of the wall! So a safety hazard for anyone reliant on support going upstairs. Understanding that beach front and on the best road is a coup, I still felt it was expensive for the state of the property.
